Booking/Deposit Policy
After submitting the form below I will reach out to you to confirm the information and also follow up if I do need any other details etc.

I do require a minimum $40 non-refundable deposit in order to book an appointment. The deposit required may be more depending on what you're wanting done. The deposit can be dropped off in person at the shop or can be sent via CashApp.

Deposits do go towards the total price of the tattoo. For example: Total price of tattoo is $200, and you have a $60 deposit, you would owe $140 on the day of your appointment!

If you need to reschedule your appointment I will transfer your deposit once within 30 days of the reschedule if given a minimum of 48hr notice. Otherwise the deposit will be forfeited.
